1. Reservation & Booking
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by the resort.
2. Check-in / Check-out Time
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 NN
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
5. Number of Guests
Guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the room booked. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
6. Resort Rules
- Guests must follow all resort policies and staff instructions.
- Loud noise and disturbances are prohibited, especially during quiet hours.
- Illegal activities are strictly not allowed.
7. Damages & Losses
Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property. Corresponding charges will apply.
8. Safety & Liability
The resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety while staying at the property.
9. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, weather conditions, or other events beyond control.
